Software Implementation & Training
CQI personnel (not outsourced consultants) on-site at your facility. We have a vested interest in your success. CQI will assign a project manager and will utilize the MS-Project tool set to control and monitor all phases of the system implementation and training. CQI does it all. We write the programs, produce the training materials, write the interfaces and bring you to "full live" operation.
File Building
CQI will do the basic file building for you. The system will be available for employee training the day it is installed! Departments, Rooms, Surgeons, Procedures, Inventory, Staff, Insurance providers, Reports, conflict rules, billing rules, etc. are built by CQI professionals with your hospital information prior to the system being installed. Allow your clinical staff to be clinical, don't allow your trained clinical professionals to be highjacked and allocated as database administrators and report writers.
System Integration
CQI utilizes HL7 data formatting and TCP/IP data exchange protocols. These are industry standards that may be used, (with minor tweaking), to exchange data with your existing hospital systems, (Admissions / Patient Billing / Materials Management, etc.)
All of our customer hospitals have integrated the CARE TRACKER applications with their existing hospital systems.
Customer Support
The CQI Customer Support line is answered by a real person, not an automated message. A technically trained and courteous customer support professional will speak with you immediately to answer questions and provide help. CARE TRACKER applications are installed to provide CQI with secure network access to your hospital. (VPN). This means CQI support staff can access your system (and help you with your question) from their desk, immediately!!
Remote Interface Monitoring
CQI utilizes custom software that remotely monitors any interfaces between the CARE TRACKER system and existing software at your hospital. If any of the interfaces stopped functioning properly for any reason, (a File Server was taken off-line, the communication line was cut, etc.), CQI support personnel are immediately notified and will take appropriate action to restore the connection.
